Our Mission
InteractJob exists to make worldwide remote work accessible to professionals everywhere. We aggregate fully remote job listings from the world's most trusted job boards and employer career pages, then surface them in one place — free for all job seekers, with no account or subscription required.
Our editorial team is led by Adil Drouz, an HR professional with over 10 years of recruitment experience across Morocco, France, and the international remote market. Every editorial decision — what to include, what to exclude, and how to present information — is made with the job seeker's interest as the primary consideration.
How We Source Job Listings
We aggregate remote job listings from the following trusted sources, with daily automated pulls supplemented by manual editorial review:

- →Himalayas — Transparent remote-first job board that discloses country restrictions, salary ranges, and timezone requirements for every listing.
- →RemoteOK — High-volume aggregator covering engineering, design, and marketing remote roles worldwide.
- →Remotive — Curated remote job newsletter and board with strong coverage of SaaS and technology companies.
- →Direct employer postings — Companies can post directly to InteractJob. Direct listings are reviewed and approved by our team before going live.
Our Quality Standards
Not every job posted to source platforms appears on InteractJob. We apply the following quality criteria before a listing is published:
- ✓The role must be fully remote — hybrid or on-site roles mislabeled as remote are excluded.
- ✓The employer must be identifiable — anonymous listings without verifiable company information are excluded.
- ✓The listing must be recent — we remove listings older than 90 days and actively check for listings that have been filled or closed.
- ✓The listing must contain sufficient detail — job title, company, key responsibilities, and application method must all be present.
AI-Assisted Enrichment
Many job listings arrive with minimal information — a job title and a link. Our AI enrichment pipeline adds structured metadata to improve the search and filtering experience for job seekers. This includes:
- →Categorizing the role by function (Engineering, Marketing, Design, etc.)
- →Extracting and normalizing the contract type (full-time, contract, part-time)
- →Summarizing key responsibilities when the original listing is very long
- →Generating structured metadata for job search engines and Google Jobs
AI enrichment adds structure and metadata — it does not alter the core job requirements, salary information, or application instructions from the original employer listing. We always link directly to the original job posting so applicants can verify all details.
Direct Employer Listings
Employers can post remote positions directly on InteractJob at no charge. Direct listings go through a manual review process before going live. We verify that:
- ✓The company is real and the contact email matches the company domain
- ✓The role is genuinely remote (not hybrid or location-dependent)
- ✓The listing contains sufficient detail to allow candidates to self-qualify
- ✓The listing complies with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
We reserve the right to decline or remove any listing that does not meet our quality standards, regardless of employer or listing type.
Blog and Editorial Content
Our blog publishes original articles on remote work, career development, and the worldwide job market. All articles are written or reviewed by Adil Drouz and the InteractJob editorial team. We follow these standards for all blog content:
- →All factual claims are based on verifiable data from named sources
- →Articles are reviewed for accuracy before publication and updated when information changes
- →We do not accept paid guest posts or paid inclusion in editorial recommendations
- →Any sponsored content, if published, will be explicitly labeled as such
